Increased quality and competitiveness after major renovations in Germany
In recent months, Pandox, together with its long-standing partner Fattal Hotel Group (Fattal) under the Leonardo brand, has completed three extensive renovations in Germany. The projects in Frankfurt, Hannover, and Düsseldorf are part of a larger renovation program covering four hotels and approximately 1,000 guest rooms with adjoining bathrooms.

Leonardo Hotel Hannover – complete upgrade of rooms and bathrooms
In Hannover, Pandox carried out a full renovation of all bathrooms, while Leonardo upgraded guest rooms and corridors. The hotel, with 178 rooms, is located by Tiergarten and offers a peaceful environment close to the city’s trade fair and conference center.

Leonardo Royal Düsseldorf Königsallee has undergone a major upgrade with new bathrooms and renovated rooms. The hotel, with 253 rooms, is centrally located near the station and offers amenities such as a gym, sauna, and restaurant.

Leonardo Royal Frankfurt – extensive modernization
Leonardo Royal Hotel Frankfurt, with 449 rooms, has undergone one of our most comprehensive renovations. Pandox renovated all bathrooms and technical installations, while Leonardo upgraded rooms and corridors. The hotel now offers a modern standard with amenities such as a gym, restaurant, and conference rooms—perfect for guests in Europe’s financial center.
