Pandox’s sustainability strategy is based on integrating sustainability into the business model, catering to stakeholder expectations while laying the foundation for sustainable growth.

In order to define, select and prioritise the most significant sustainability topics, Pandox carried out online surveys and interviews with our most important stakeholder groups 2018. Pandox’s most important stakeholder groups were identified by determining the stakeholders’ influence on and interest in our operations.

The prioritised sustainability topics were grouped based on the positive or negative impact they have on Pandox’s business from an environmental, social and economic perspective.

The materiality analysis 2018 shows that Reducing energy consumption and CO2 emission has the highest impact on stakeholders' decisions, but only moderate impact on economic, environmental and social impact on Pandox operations. The topic with the lowest impact on stakeholder decisions is Freedom of association.

The sustainability aspects with the highest impact on the business is Employee health and safety and Ensure customer privacy and protect customer data. These aspects are handled in the target areas Attractive workplace and Guest safety.
