Pandox has two business segments. The largest is Leases, where we lease hotel properties to hotel operators that run hotel operations, such as Scandic Hotel and Strawberry Hotels in the Nordic region and Leonardo Hotels in Germany and the UK. Examples of areas of expertise are hotel and property development, property maintenance, finance and treasury, accounting and controlling, business intelligence, transactions and legal, and IR and communication. Pandox's head office is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
The second and smaller business segment is Own Operations, where we run hotel operations in hotel properties that we own. The hotels have many different roles, all with the goal of delivering the best possible guest experience. Pandox’s quarterly employee survey for hotel employees within Operator Activities showed employee satisfaction of 77 (76) percent for 2022. An employee survey is carried out at the head office annually. Employee satisfaction is measured annually at the head office and was at 79 (80) percent in the survey carried out in the fourth quarter of 2022. This means that average employee satisfaction overall within Pandox was 77 (78) percent.
