Pandox has acquired three aparthotels in central London for MGBP 230

Pandox has completed the acquisition of three aparthotels with a total of 503 rooms in central London. Initially, the hotels are expected to contribute approximately MGBP 34 in revenues and approximately MGBP 17 in net operating income, on an annualised basis. The hotels are branded Residence Inn by Marriott and are operated by Axiom Hospitality under a management agreement.

Annual Report 2023: A fast-paced year

2023 was a good year for Pandox, with strong net operating income and strong business momentum. Total revenues and total net operating income increased by 21 percent and 13 percent, respectively, compared to 2022, driven by higher revenue-based rents in the Leases business segment and good growth in the Own Operations business segment. We ended the year strong and our outlook is positive.
