2022 was the year when the hotel market took historic revenge. When the pandemic restrictions loosened their grip in early spring, a recovery began that was both stronger and faster than most people could have imagined. For Pandox, this favourable development meant strong growth in revenue and net operating income of 73 and 71 percent respectively compared with 2021.

In the later part of the year there was strong recovery in the hotel market thanks to vaccination programmes, eased restrictions and pent-up travel demand among both leisure and business travellers.
