Property Management
Property Management is at the heart of Pandox, working closely with tenants to ensure the technical and commercial operation of each individual hotel property.
Property development
Property development is an important part of Pandox's active value creation. We invest together with our tenants in business segment Leases and also make transformative investments in our Own Operations.
Treasury
Treasury manages Pandox's debt financing, liquidity, currency and financial risk management.
Transactions
Pandox has an active acquisition strategy and continuously analyses acquisition targets that fit Pandox's portfolio. Our strategy is based on industrial expertise, a long-term perspective and the ability to act freely across the entire hotel value chain.
Business intelligence
The business intelligence team is responsible for for business and market analysis, portfolio evaluation and supports the organisation in the acquisition processes.
Sustainability
We want to contribute to more sustainable development by creating resource-efficient properties and hotel operations that reduce Pandox's climate footprint while growing the company.
Business support
There are several functions within Pandox that support the organisation and business processes, such as investor relations, communication, controlling, finance and legal.
Own Operations
In Own Operations, we run hotel operations in hotel properties that we own. In this business segment, we have more than 1,200 employees, which includes the staff at the hotels. The hotels have many different roles, all with the goal of delivering the best possible guest experience.
