Pandox work within sustainability is assessed and ranked by several independent organizations.


Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is an independent, non profit organization with the most comprehensive data collection about companies climate impact. CDP ranks the companies from A to D. The data is distributed to investors world wide. 

Pandox yearly reports its work and has the grade A-.


Sustainalytics is a global player within the ESG-assessments for listed companies and is designed to help and guide investors to identify and understand important ESG related risks within companies.

Pandox has been ranked since 2018.


GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) makes yearly global reviews of the sustainability work within listed property companies and funds. GRESB is an international tool that helps to compare and evaluate the sustainability work for property companies and the property portfolio from the perspective of investors. In the ranking, the property companies are evaluated from three perspectives; environment, social and governance. 

Pandox has been a since 2017.

Financial Times Europe´s climate leaders

Pandox has made it into the Financial Times Climate Leaders 2023 list. The list tracks the companies who are making the the most progress on reporting and reducing their carbon emissions.

Companies are ranked on:

  1. Reduction of core emissions
  2. Emissions intensity
  3. Total emissions
  4. Scope 3 reporting
  5. CDP rating
  6. Participation in Science Based Targets initiatived

EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) is an independent non profit organization representing the listed property companies in Europe. The purpose is to improve the standard and the transperancy for investors in the property business with regard to sustainability reporting.

Pandox received an Bronze in the 2023 EPRA Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations Award.
