Head office
Pandox's core business is Property management and development of the portfolio, which is mainly managed from the head office in Stockholm, Sweden. Areas of expertise include hotel and property development, property maintenance, finance and treasury, accounting and controlling, business intelligence, transactions and legal, and IR and communication. Around 50 people work at the head office.

Own Operations
The second and smaller business segment is Own Operations, where we run hotel operations in hotel properties that we own. In this business segment, we have just over 1,200 employees, which includes the staff at the hotels. The hotels have many different roles, all with the goal of delivering the best possible guest experience. Listed below are the countries and cities where we operate in the business segment:
