The project includes a new hotel building with nine floors and 112 new rooms. In addition, we are renovating the conference rooms, dining room, restaurant kitchen, gym, locker rooms and hotel rooms in the existing hotel building.
The new Scandic Luleå is expected to be ready and open during the second half of 2021.
