Scandic Solli

Scandic Solli (former KNA), with 224 rooms, underwent an extensive development with the overall target to be the No. 1 Scandic hotel in Oslo. As a part of Shark, the joint venture investment project between Scandic and Pandox, an additional 35 rooms and two conference rooms to the hotel were completed during 2013. The existing rooms were also extensively refurbished and completed in early 2014.

The project also included a complete upgrade of the lobby and reception area, as well as a new food and beverage section and conference facilities. The entire investment was completed in the second quarter of 2014.

• Investment program: 11 MEUR
• Actions 2012-2014: Upgrading of meeting areas, lobby and rooms as well as the addition of 35 rooms and two conference rooms.
