Personal data event
Information to you as a data subject (visitor of an event)
When confirming your application for attending an event organized by Pandox AB (publ), reg. no. 556030-7885, ("Pandox") or if you register to view and/or participate in an event through webcast, you provide information to Pandox which is to be regarded as personal data. By accepting that Pandox processes your personal data, you agree that Pandox will process your personal data for the purposes and in the manner specified below. Pandox is the controller for all personal data that you provide in connection with the application.
1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Pandox process your contact details and payment information for the purpose of managing the event, informing you about the details of the event and for billing of any attendance fee. Pandox also might process information regarding your allergies and/or special food or drink preferences due to religion (if you provide Pandox with such information). At some events, Pandox may arrange with photographers to take pictures of the event. Pictures including attendees might be processed by Pandox for marketing purposes (e.g. to provide information about the business on the website or in social media). Other personal data may also be processed for marketing purposes in connection with the event. Events in connection with release of financial reports and other capital market events may be recorded and live streamed by a virtual audio webcast, in such case attendees of the event may appear in the webcast. Pandox are processing personal data through the webcast for the purpose of providing information to the public regarding Pandox’s strategy, results, long-term objectives and development, and other relevant information such as market trends and developments.
Pandox will encourage attendees, after the event, to participate in a survey evaluating the event. The survey is anonymous, and no personal data will be processed.
If you register to view a webcast of an event, Pandox will process your name, e-mail address, company/employer, country of residence and occupation, for the purpose of providing the webcast.
If you are interacting during a live webcast, your name, title and employers name, together with your question or message may be shared with participants at the event and persons viewing the webcast. Pandox are processing such personal data through the webcast for the purpose of answering your questions and providing information to the public regarding Pandox’s strategy, results, long-term objectives and development, and other relevant information such as market trends and developments.
Pandox may encourage viewers, after the webcast, to participate in a survey evaluating the webcast of an event. The survey is anonymous, and no personal data will be processed.
2. LEGAL BASIS
The legal basis for the processing is that you give Pandox your explicit and voluntary consent to process your personal data (including special categories of personal data) to enable the above stated purposes (excluding the purpose for the processing of pictures). Processing of pictures from the event are based on the legal basis legitimate interest, where Pandox’s interest of processing the personal data overrides the data subject’s rights and freedoms to protect their personal data.

3. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
3.1. Your personal data may be transferred between companies in the Pandox Group in order to manage the event, billing or webcast.
3.2. Your personal data may be transferred to subcontractors and others who, on Pandox's behalf, are processing personal data related to the event or webcast.
If you are appearing in a webcast, register to view a webcast and/or are interacting during a webcast your personal data may be transferred outside of the EU/EEA by Pandox to Pandox’s processor Intrado. Where such transfer takes place, the parties have entered into the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses as an appropriate level of protection. If any further transfer to a third country takes place, Pandox will provide appropriate safeguards such as the Commission’s Standard Contract Clauses.
Personal data is stored as long as it is necessary for the purpose of the processing, but no longer than one (1) year after the time of the event, unless law requires that the data is to be stored longer.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
6.1. As a data subject, you are, without cost, entitled to request information from Pandox about the processing of your personal data. Upon your request, or on our own initiative, Pandox will correct or delete incorrect personal data, and/or limit the processing of these. In addition, you are entitled to request that your personal data is not to be processed for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to request that the personal data provided by you to Pandox is to be handed over to you in a digitally readable format.
6.2. You are always entitled to object to the processing of pictures taken of you from an event.
6.3. If you are dissatisfied with how we process your personal data, you can contact us or submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, www.imy.se).
7. YOUR RIGHT TO REVOKE CONSENT
You may at any time revoke your consent by contacting Pandox as per the contact details below.
