Pandox AB (publ) capital market day 2016: Pandox’s strategy remains intact

The hotel property company Pandox today holds a capital market day in Brussels. The theme is the contribution of Operator Activities’ to the long term value growth of Pandox’s hotel property portfolio. During the day, Pandox’s CEO Anders Nissen, and other members of the company’s executive management, will describe Pandox’s strategy and business model for Operator Activities. No change is made neither to the previously communicated outlook for the hotel market 2016, nor the previously communicated effects from the terror attacks in Brussels.

“Pandox’s strategy to own and lease hotel properties under long term revenue-based lease agreements remains intact. As an active hotel property owner Pandox also has long experience in operating hotels itself. It is a tool which creates opportunities across the hotel value chain, as well as minimises risk and increases the possibilities for favourable long term value growth in the company’s complete hotel property portfolio. Our operations in Brussels is a good example of this”, says Anders Nissen, CEO of Pandox.

The capital market day starts at 10:00 and ends at 18:30 CEST. Presentations will be held by Anders Nissen, CEO, Liia Nõu, CFO, Aldert Schaaphok, SVP Pandox Operations, Jonas Törner, VP Business Intelligence and Vassilis Syropoulos, VP Revenue Management Centre.
