Pandox establishes a commercial paper program

Pandox AB (publ) has established a commercial paper program with a total framework amount of MSEK 3,000. The tenor of issued commercial paper will be between three months and one year. The purpose of the program is to decrease the financing costs and diversify the company’s financing structure. Issued commercial paper will by backed in full by long-term unutilised credit facilities.

The program is arranged by SEB with DNB, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB as issuing institutions.
