Growth at Pandox is not only about acquiring new hotels. By identifying underutilized spaces and new development opportunities within existing properties, Pandox continuously adds capacity and strengthens hotel earnings. Over the past decade, almost 800 rooms have been added across 40 hotels — and during 2026 and 2027, more than 600 additional rooms are expected through extensions, conversions and redevelopment projects across the portfolio.
