Corporate governance reports

Pandox is a Swedish public limited company with its registered office in Stockholm. The B shares were listed on Nasdaq Stockholm on 18 June 2015. Corporate governance within Pandox is based on Swedish laws, the Articles of Association, the Nasdaq's Rule Book for Issuers and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code. The Code describes good practice in the stock market for all Swedish companies whose shares are listed for trading on a regulated market in Sweden.
