Pandox enters into agreement to divest Crowne Plaza Antwerp

Pandox AB (publ) has signed agreement to divest Crowne Plaza Antwerp in Belgium. The sale includes the hotel property and hotel operation with a total price of approximately MEUR 19. The closing is planned to take place in February 2026.
“We are satisfied with the divestment of Crowne Plaza Antwerp which is freeing up capital for other investments with higher return potential. The land lease expires in 2042, and we see limited development opportunities within the scope of Pandox’s business model”, says Liia Nõu, CEO of Pandox.
The hotel has 262 rooms and is reported in the business segment Own Operations. In 2024, the hotel had revenue of approximately MEUR 11.
