PANDOX SELLS HOTEL PROPERTIES IN ESLÖV AND KARLSHAMN

Pandox sells the hotel property Best Western Hotell Stensson in Eslöv to a company closely connected to the operator and the hotel property Scandic Hotel Karlshamn to Mikael Holgersson.
The hotel properties are sold for 33 MSEK, which results in a capital gain of 8,7 MSEK. The hotel properties will be taken over on 2 April 2001.
