Joakim Andersson is responsible for Pandox’s treasury function, which manages an extensive loan portfolio with bank financing across several European countries. His work includes maintaining relationships with a large number of banks, structuring financing across different jurisdictions, and ensuring a stable and efficient capital structure. Treasury is a key function in creating financial stability and strategic flexibility.
For more than a decade, Jacob Rasin has worked on identifying, executing, and structuring acquisitions and divestments that strengthen Pandox’s portfolio. The Transactions team has been an important driver of the company’s growth journey and in the continuous work of optimizing the portfolio.
