Guest satisfaction is the result of Pandox’s guests evaluating the hotel’s offering and service. It is an important measure of how well the hotel lives up to the guests’ expectations. Pandox’s long-term objective is for guest satisfaction to exceed 80 percent for hotels that have been included in Operator Activities for one year or more. In 2019 guest satisfaction was at 85 percent (83).
