Processing of personal data

Information to you as a data subject (visitor of event)

When confirming your application for attending an event organized by Pandox AB (publ), org. no. 556030-7885, ("Pandox"), you provide information to Pandox which is to be regarded as personal data. By accepting that Pandox processes your personal data, you agree that Pandox will process your personal data for the purposes and in the manner specified below. Pandox is the controller for all personal data that you provide in connection with the application.


Pandox process your contact details and payment information for the purpose of managing the event, informing you about the details of the event and for billing of any attendance fee. Pandox also might process information regarding your allergies and/or special food or drink preferences due to religion. At some events, Pandox may arrange with photographers to take pictures of the event. Pictures including attendees might be processed by Pandox for marketing purposes (e.g. to provide information about the business on the website, in social media, in the annual financial report or in another relevant publication). Other personal data may also be processed for marketing purposes in connection with the event.


The legal basis for the processing is that you give Pandox your explicit and voluntary consent to process your personal data to enable the above stated purposes (excluding the purpose for the processing of pictures). Processing of pictures from the event are based on the legal basis legitimate interest, where Pandox’s interest of processing the personal data overrides the data subject’s rights and freedoms to protect their personal data.  


3.1. Your personal data will be transferred between companies in the Pandox Group in order to manage the event and billing. Hire appointed

3.2. Your personal data may be transferred to subcontractors and others who, for Pandox's behalf, perform services related to the event.


Pandox only stores your personal data within the EU/EEA. If transfer to a third country occurs in exceptional cases, Pandox will ensure that there are legal bases for such transfer and provide you with necessary information.


Personal data is stored as long as it is necessary for the purpose of the processing, but no longer than one (1) year after the time of the event, unless law requires that the data is to be stored longer.


6.1. As a data subject, you are, without cost, entitled to request information from Pandox about the processing of your personal data. Upon your request, or on our own initiative, Pandox will correct or delete incorrect personal data, and/or limit the processing of these. In addition, you are entitled to request that your personal data is not to be processed for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to request that the personal data provided by you to Pandox is to be handed over to you in a digitally readable format.

6.2. You are always entitled to object to the processing of pictures taken of you from an event.

6.3. If you are displeased with Pandox’s processing of your personal data, please contact us or submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (The Swedish Data Protection Authority,
